Hello parents and students! I'm Clarissa Teruel from the Philippines. I've been an online English teacher for over 6 years and started my career in 2018. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2016 and pursued units for a Bachelor of Education Major in Math in 2022. I've tutored students from around the world, both in institutions and through private lessons. My specialties include tutoring IELTS, Business English, Interview practice, KET, FCE, PET, Beginner English topics and more, and I can work with students of all ages.
My teaching focuses on all aspects of language development: vocabulary-building exercises to expand comprehension, grammar lessons to strengthen language fundamentals, and assessments to track progress. Every lesson is designed to reinforce key concepts and ensure students feel confident in their language abilities.
I believe every student learns at their own pace, and my goal is to make learning fun and interactive. I’m here to guide you through every step of your English-learning journey, so let’s get started!
